We are Peak Properties
Peak Properties Holding, with offices in Kitzbühel and Zell am See, was founded by Elias Oberlechner. Our roots lie in developing high-class chalets in the most exclusive locations of the Austrian Alps. Today we are expanding our portfolio and also develop on the finest spots of the Balearic Islands.
Our focus is on building exclusive residential properties in prime locations. We work exclusively with renowned architects, interior designers, craftsmen and landscape designers – because the foundation of our building culture is the aspiration to the highest standards of planning and craftsmanship.

Peak Properties Holding was founded by Elias Oberlechner and, since completing its first project in 2018, has established itself as an innovative player in high-class property development. With a solid academic background in economics and a licence as a real estate trustee (Immobilientreuhänder), Mr Oberlechner brings valuable expertise in economic, technical and zoning matters. Thanks to his excellent network in the industry, Peak Properties Holding has a wide range of opportunities to acquire unique off-market properties.
